The solution 

We did a survey that suggested traditional comms through internal channels were not resonating with the end users.

An exhibition would have been an effective way for employees to engage with the products, but taking all employees out of the office would grind operations to a holt. A touring roadshow exhibition would have been too costly.

We set up an internal virtual exhibition to allow employees to engage with the content in a realistic event environment, and in their own time. Users were able to interact with the content that was gamified, watch videos, and communicate with key stakeholders that manned the stands at set points throughout the year.

The platform flourished for two years,  continually being updated with content. Due to its impressive success and impact, the same format was rolled-out to the the new Nationwide intranet.
