Adecco is the world’s second largest Human Resources provider and temporary staffing firm, so it knows the importance of its people. Having worked with Penguins and DRPG on incentive trips for its winning sales teams for several years, the team came to us with visions of repeated success. And, boy, did we deliver.

Adecco’s aim was to motivate and reward the sales force while encouraging non-winners to work towards winning a place on the next incentive trip. For a rewarding incentive that had something for everyone, we proposed both Bangkok and Phuket as destinations that blended city and beach. Adecco loved the idea, so we were full steam ahead managing a full comms plan, including teaser video, to launch the destination. 

We kept Adecco’s internal pillars front and centre throughout the trip with vital CSR activities including making donations to a local school and the funding of a basketball court near our location. Plus, we made sure to keep winners feeling connected to each other and their once-in-a-lifetime trip with a bespoke app. Here they could leave notes on a message wall, collate important information and even feedback to wider teams.

That feedback just went to prove the DRPG and incentive travel are the perfect mix. Plenty left messages saying this was the ‘best trip to date’, and our bespoke app was a big talking point, with 90% of winners rating it excellent. Even better, 98% of winners were motivated by the trip. So, we achieved exactly what Adecco set out to and offered incredible service along the way. That’s just what we do here.
