Vorwerk Sicily Incentive Trip

Imagine yourself sunning it up in Sicily, enjoying a glass of wine at the foot of Mt Etna and cruising the waves on a private boat with your colleagues.

That’s exactly what 114 of Vorwerk’s incentive winners did for four days and three nights.

Let’s go back to the beginning...

Vorwerk is a distributor of household appliances and products that help create unforgettable moments for its customers.

Following the cancellation of its 2020/21 incentives, Vorwerk wanted this trip to be all about motivation. It wanted a motivator for the sales force to increase sales, and also allow winners time to network and idea share for self-development. But even more than this, Vorwerk wanted to motivate those who didn’t win this year to grab their place on the next trip. So just how did we create a trip so brilliant it even managed to motivate those stuck at the office?

Well, when it came down to the logistics, we helped create eye-catching pre, during and post-event communications to build the holiday excitement. We also designed and printed branded elements throughout the trip (including photo back drops and roll banners). The level of personalisation we gave to each delegate through bespoke itineraries was certainly appreciated, as well as the personalised pre-event packs including all COVID-19 travel items required at that time. An onsite concierge was also provided to take the service to that ultimate five-star level. 

The jampacked itinerary included a traditional Italian family evening in a private home, which gave people the real taste of Italy. A trip to Mt Etna with cable cars and 4x4s had even the most seasoned jetsetter hold their breath! Leisure time included a wine tasting at the foot of Mt Etna as well as add on options like boat trips, and the trip concluded with a gala dinner to bring everyone together.
