Triumph Motorcycles Global Launch Event and Film Series

When Triumph was set to launch a brand-new range, it came straight to DRPG to do it in style. The team needed a suite of films, an unforgettable event and a couple of bespoke builds to do its Chrome Collection bikes justice. With all the skills on-hand right here, we made it happen in a flash.

Our team started by getting to rips with the 10 new bikes, creating storyboards and a creative concept that could flow through every single deliverable. Naturally, chrome played a central role in our design. For that, we needed mirrors… and not just any old mirrors.

We created a set of completely bespoke mirrors that could spin, be moved around with ease and, vitally, wouldn’t break with the odd bang. Our technical whizzes whipped them up in under four weeks so they were ready for both filming at the BikeShed in London and the big event. Triumph was so impressed it asked to hold onto them for future projects too.

We shot a killer film, hosted a catwalk for the evening’s entertainment and, for even more wow factor, we got Olympic champion Victoria Pendelton CBE to be a guest rider on the Chrome edition Thruxton. As you might imagine, her appearance was incredibly well received. Logistically, we organised every element of the event, and our film team produced not just the press launch film, plus an extra edit and a couple of social media cuts.

Guests and fans loved it all. The official launch film received more than 98,000 views on the official Triumph YouTube channel and the event saw 100 guests enjoy full hospitality and the chance to get up close and personal with the Chrome Collection. Bring on the next one!
