Worcester Bosch wanted an exciting programme that would incentivise installers who are part of its customer loyalty scheme. This programme would take winners and their partners on the trip of a lifetime, while also working to strengthen relationships with loyalty members and deliver key business updates to the network.
To maximise customer interaction without impacting the customer experience, two identical trips of 80 winners and partners ran one after each other allowing for a more intimate and personalised experience for each guest.
The group was well travelled, and this was exciting for us, because we love a challenge! After settling on Slovenia as the destination, we got stuck-in, planning a variety of unique experiences. Activities were handpicked and included a private tour of Postojna Caves, lunch overlooking the breath-taking Lake Bled followed by private Pletna Boats and a final celebratory dinner at Ljubliana castle.
Marrying work and play, a business meeting was held at the chosen hotel to update customers on key product and industry information. We also allowed for time at leisure within the programme so that winners could enjoy time with their partners and bond with other winners in smaller groups.
We included the development of an app that triggered registration upon reaching set targets and provided a communication platform for staff and delegates before, during and after the trip. It allowed bespoke trip itineraries, useful tips and reminders and QR scanning – just some of the little things that made a big impact.
