Johnson & Johnson Conference and Award Ceremony

Johnson and Johnson decided it was time to bring its team together with a live event that they’d never forget. Naturally, it was decided that we were the perfect fit, because we do this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This event would not only need to engage the team in an exciting way, it would also provide the platform for the all-important upcoming business plans.   

So, with the iconic Wembley Stadium serving as a stunning backdrop, our team rustled up a creative identity for the conference which was woven into all aspects of the event, while also putting engagement front and centre with a central stage and surrounding screens to ensure all eyes could see the delightful happenings taking place. 

While the room was being set up for dinner, employees were able to partake in a thrilling stadium tour, leading to the gala dinner in the evening. The evening dinner was held in the same room as the conference, however a different set up and lighting meant that guests felt as though they were entering a new space with a more relaxed feel. 

This relaxed feel provided the perfect setting for a few shiny awards to be given out, and after that, it was time to dust off the dance shoes as the DJ kicked in and the party got underway. 95% of attendees voted this brilliant event 4/5 stars, leaving connected, inspired and incredibly motivated.
