Neilson is the UK's leading active holiday provider, specialising in high-adrenaline activity holidays for ‘get up and give it a goers’.
Neilson has high recruitment drives every year for staff members to work in its resorts and this campaign focused on young ski, tennis and yachting instructors and enthusiasts. The target group was relatively well-educated people who may have become disillusioned with their early careers.
We created recruitment films portraying 'a day in the life of' style filming, to appeal to the target audience. We followed viral video trends to create punchy film content that focused on the lifestyle elements of new friends, unique experiences, work/ life balance, exotic locations and the tangible benefits of Neilson life. We created desirable content styling, a tailored tone of voice and cinematography to appeal to the hard-to-engage demographic. The films matched the content and tone the target audience would naturally consume and resulted in boosted uptake, authenticity and appeal. The serialised films showcased several role archetypes and were used for: Active recruitment via events, social media, exhibitions and online HR and on-boarding processes.
