Boots All Together Beautiful Live

Boots needed to prepare 1,500 Beauty Advisors for the all-important Christmas season, making sure they were equipped with the latest product knowledge and strategic updates to drive sales. The challenge was to create an engaging, seamless event that would inspire the team and set the stage for a successful holiday season.

We brought this vision to life with Boots All Together Beautiful Live, a two-day event at the Coventry Building Society Arena. The event brought together Beauty Advisors from across the UK and Ireland, combining education, brand launches, and hands-on experiences.


The day kicked off with high-energy opening and closing plenaries, where Boots shared key Christmas messaging and strategic updates. With 1,500 advisors in one room, the focus was on making sure everyone felt connected, informed, and motivated for the season ahead.

Two interactive expos—Beauty and Hair—were at the heart of the event. Featuring 40 brand stands, including DRPG-designed and custom built booths for brands like Huda Beauty and Milk Makeup, the expos allowed attendees to try products, engage with brands, and get a closer look at the latest launches.
To keep things fresh and ensure equal access for all, we introduced a group rotation model. Advisors were split into colour-coded groups and rotated through a mix of fast-paced brand briefings and in-depth immersion zones.

Brands like MAC, Kendo, and L’Oréal hosted 45-minute sessions that provided a deeper dive into their products, giving attendees the opportunity to learn through live demos and interactive experiences.

The event was designed with organisation in mind, with a colour-coded lanyard system to ensure smooth transitions between sessions. We also captured the event’s energy with a polished highlights video, showcasing the buzz and excitement of the two days.
