Sensationail is a beauty retailer, specialising in gel nails and associated accessories. The company has grown from online-only to a high street brand, with department store and health retailer concessions.

Sensationail had experienced a period of strong growth and wanted to ensure its brand remained visible as it diversified its business. Sensationail wanted to improve its social media offering and access a new targeted online customer base to grow revenue and attract a wider range of customers, rather than the online-savvy buyers who had made Sensationail successful so far.


After investigating Sensationail’s existing offerings, we created a strategy that would build on Sensationail’s current social media offering and look for opportunities to generate income from pages that were underperforming.

We overhauled Sensationail’s Facebook offering completely, giving customers the option to buy directly via Facebook’s purchasing systems, including regular posts that shared products with both existing followers and potential customers using retargeting and advertising. As part of the social media campaign, we also created a large number of assets and updates to the Sensationail website to improve the buying journey.


Sensationail has seen an increase in revenue since the campaigns went live, especially when it comes to transactions carried out directly on social media.

Sensationail has also benefited from a higher number of website hits and social media page views, growing its social media audience by 12% and increasing its reach and engagement statistics.
