Triumph is the largest UK-owned motorcycle manufacturer, and one of the best in the world. Greatness recognises greatness, so when the company wanted to bring all its dealers together in one place, it came to the best to put the event together.
We managed every single element of this complex event. Triumph wanted to communicate future plans to a 1200-strong delegation, but it wasn’t looking for a basic conference. The business is defined by the buzz around its bikes, it’s all about excitement and thinking big. So, we did just that for its Global Dealer Conference.
Taking over ExCeL London with a mix of product launches, innovative showcases, engaging multilingual conference content, a full product exhibition, market breakout sessions, plus an awards and gala dinner, the event demanded incredible organisaton. Our skilled team managed everything. And we mean everything. From full creative to show production, logistics, venue management, delegate comms and speakers, we did it all.
We worked across the whole organisation to make this event Triumph’s best yet. That meant bringing in digital whizzes to whip up a mobile app that allowed dealers to pre-order from the range of Triumph products throughout the event, providing the Triumph team with valuable data for forthcoming production requirements. Our head of insight and innovation hosted a session on the future of digital for dealership sales, and we even put on evening of entertainment from across the globe.
