No 7 Presents Virtual Training Event

When No7 decided to relaunch its makeup line, they knew it had to be something special. No7 set out to do more than launch a new product, hey wanted their beauty advisors to feel confident and equipped to showcase the Pro Artist Makeup collection. They needed an event that would be as vibrant and transformative as the makeup itself, and that’s where we came in.

With 1,500 beauty advisors to engage, we crafted a virtual experience that brought everyone together, no matter where they were. Broadcasting live from our DRPG studios, the event was packed with dynamic presentations and interactive segments, designed to educate advisors on the techniques and looks that would make the collection shine. While the majority tuned in from regional watch parties across the UK, a select group of award-winning advisors joined us in person for a truly VIP experience.

The energy was electric. Live streams from the watch parties added a layer of connection, with advisors sharing their excitement and questions in real time. Meanwhile, in the studio, the evening transformed into a celebration, honouring the top performers with a night they wouldn’t forget. The event combined training with a well-deserved celebration, recognising hard work and strengthening the advisors' bond with the brand.


From delegate registration to event logistics and even a custom app for materials and updates, we handled every detail. Working closely with logistics partners, we ensured that every watch party felt just as seamless and engaging as the live broadcast. The result? An event that united 1,500 advisors in one unforgettable experience.


By the end of the day, No7’s beauty advisors were inspired, confident, and ready to bring the Pro Artist Makeup collection to life in stores. The mix of education, celebration, and connection left a lasting impression and set the foundation for success.
