Redrow is one of the UK’s fastest-growing housebuilders, focusing on high quality homes and sustainable developments that blend into the local area.
As part of Redrow’s growth strategy, which we had been heavily involved with since we were approached to create an overall marketing strategy, Redrow’s marketing team wanted to increase their digital offering’s reach and visibility. This involved turning its social media channels into performing sales tools and creating online content that would help to convert prospects into sales.
To achieve this growth, we began a comprehensive overhaul of Redrow’s digital marketing strategy and brand story. We created a new look and feel for the Redrow website and its social media profiles and developed new videos, print media, a television advert and digital displays that would help to increase public awareness. We also ran a social media campaign to coincide with the increased marketing activity, which included seasonal promotions and a competition to win a Christmas hamper. We also created content that helped to share Redrow’s vision and values, including its focus on adding natural features into its developments and blending those developments into existing communities by improving infrastructure or funding local amenities like sports clubs.
Redrow has enjoyed an increase in public engagement and reactions that have generated leads and increased enquiries. Organic traffic to the Redrow website has increased by around 10%, providing Redrow with more opportunities to attract prospective customers.
The social media campaign saw especially strong results, with 12% of viewers engaging with Redrow’s new videos and over 54,000 people interacting with the Christmas hamper competition.
