Our CEO Dale Parmenter has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship from the University of Worcester, and admitted to the University’s College of Fellows. The Fellowship recognises his contribution to responsible business practices, community engagement, and the creative industries.

The University highlighted Dale’s leadership on the “triple bottom line” approach of People, Planet and Profit. This included our community initiatives and sustainability measures, such as adopting renewable energy, achieving zero waste to landfill, and phasing out single-use plastics. His work promoting accessibility, inclusion and responsible business was also cited as part of the award.

At the University’s Business School, Dale has delivered several guest lectures providing students with practical perspectives on developing sustainable enterprises. We also collaborate as patron members of the Chamber of Commerce, co-hosting events designed to support skills, innovation, and economic growth in the region.

Dale commented, “This Fellowship is a huge honour, and a reminder that business can and should be a force for good. I’m proud of what our team has achieved by putting People, Planet, Profit on equal footing, and I’m excited to keep working with the University to help the next generation turn big ideas into better futures.”

Scott Andrews, Head of Worcester Business School, said: “We are delighted to welcome Dale into our College of Fellows. Dale is an outstanding local businessman with a passion for nurturing new talent and putting people first. He has been a big supporter of the University and our students for many years and we look forward to working even closer together in the future.”
