The solution

Our digital events team were integral to the success of the event, providing a full turnkey solution for the registration, delegate support and on-site digital event app.

The website, which was a bespoke solution, allowed Triumph to tailor dynamic content so each of the attendee profile types had its own customised information and layout.

The event had 1,500 registered attendees, with all digital solutions being translated into nine different languages.

Prior to arrival at the event, registrants received their interactive joining instructions. These were displayed as dynamic content, all dependant on the delegates chosen requirements.

The app also incorporated a purchasing tool that allowed attendees to search and purchase motorcycles, parts and  accessories. Finding them first on the app allowed delegates to build a wish list of items. These were then converted into millions of pounds worth of sales during the conference

Overall, Triumph received orders in excess of 40,000 items during the event, with nearly 40 per cent of those being actual motorcycle orders.
