In celebration of our 45th anniversary we held the 'Big Build' charity challenge, in partnership with Lightbulb Teams, where we attempted to assemble as many prosthetic hands as we can, together in just 60 minutes. 

This was more than just a team building exercise. Working in teams of 5 or 6, the challenge enforced a sense of determination and collaboration between colleagues, whilst delivering a life-changing difference to those specifically in developing countries who have lost a limb. Each prosthetic hand was constructed from scratch, across the 60 minutes, and will now be donated and fitted to a recipient. The group aims to give these people their independence, allowing them to experience the ‘everyday’ movements taken for granted.  

Broadcasting live from our global HQ directly to clients, colleagues, agencies, venues, creative partners, industry bodies, and the media across the globe, we were able to make a real impact - building 62 hand kits in the 60 minutes.
