DRPG has been named Global Agency of the Year at the C&IT Awards 2025, recognising our transformation from a small film agency in 1980 to a truly global business with unified teams, world-class infrastructure, and creative delivery spanning three continents.
The accolade lands in a landmark year for us, our 45th anniversary, and coincidentally our 45th industry award of the year, underlining four and a half decades of creativity, innovation, and collaboration in the live, digital, and film space.
At C&IT Awards on Friday 17 October we also won Gold for Best Celebratory Event with JLR and were shortlisted for Conference of the Year (Nationwide Retail Leaders Event), Incentive Event of the Year (Avaya - Costa Rica), Consumer Goods Event of the Year (No 7 -Training Event) and Internal Comms Event of the Year (PPC - Power of Electricity).

The journey we are on to becoming a global agency began over four decades ago, but the past five years have seen our international presence accelerate dramatically. Through bold acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and sustained investment in people and technology, we have evolved into a global network united by the purpose to create communications that inspire, engage, and deliver results, wherever our clients are in the world.
In Europe, the launch of DRPG Germany in 2018 firmly embedded our group into the European market. The region has become a hub for thought leadership and collaboration, driven by initiatives such as RheinTalk, our German-language thought leadership series, which continues to strengthen regional relationships and creative exchange.

Through strategic partnerships, we have further extended our global influence. The More Than Experience alliance with Maritz Global Events has redefined what international collaboration looks like, combining DRPG’s creative innovation with Maritz’s scale to co-develop transformative experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Our international success has been matched by exceptional financial growth and performance. In 2025, international work accounts for 28% of total group activity, with projections set to exceed 35% in 2026. Following the TSEC acquisition, North American revenue has doubled while EBITDA has grown by 94%.
Many clients, including BT, GSK, JLR, Novo Nordisk, Ferrari, IFS, and Lenovo, now partner with DRPG across multiple territories, benefitting from a single point of global service that delivers consistency, efficiency, and creativity without compromise.
