Npower is a leading supplier of gas and electricity for residential and business customers.
The brief
'Brilliantly Reliable Roadshow' is an internal communications campaign for Npower to improve service and increase colleague and customer satisfaction scores (focused on reliability).
The solution
We created a brand and campaign culminating in a series of roadshows. This included a series of personalised html emails, films, interactive digital experiences, manager cascades and a suite of printed collateral to support the days on which we took over Npower’s business. The scalable roadshow visited all of Npower’s major sites. It delivered a series of interactive stations and provided practical lessons in the importance of customer-led initiatives: Best communication practices, why digital matters, and will become increasingly important, what the current state of play is, and the public’s perception, how a great customer relationship benefits us all, why recognising achievement in others is important
The results
The roadshow was successful for Npower, providing the opportunity to not only educate and inform, but motivate and engage at each visit.
