The ask was to create something truly universal, inspirational and resonant with all of Hays people across the globe. And we loved the challenge. A Values Behaviours campaign not held back by language or cultural nuance, where everyone could understand it and let it shape their actions was what we delivered. Using a strong visual identity based on Hays brand book, we created global assets that were used in 33 countries to enrich company culture and ensure everyone is heading in the same direction.
