Unleash a confidence, engender a resilience and empower people to just get out there and sell! This is what MERZ wanted for their national sales event, so that’s what we gave them. MERZ wanted their sales force to get back to absolutely dominating, and push their competitors firmly behind them. They wanted to shift the mindset of the team, not just a pretty campaign to pay lip service. Our concept of BOSS IT, represented the ultimate power move, the freedom to get out there and do what you do without limitations. We used bold fonts and strong colours, as well as edgy urban photography to give it that reinvigorated swagger and sass.
