Wickes needed a digital platform that would engage their team and raise employee engagement around what it takes to create the perfect Wickes store. Prior to a period of planned refurbishment, we created an interactive, touchscreen platform incorporating gamification which could be deployed in a number of scenarios.
The touchscreen platform was installed at an internal exhibition and gave employees the chance to create their perfect store. A set of criteria where created and applied to the game and the closer the user was to that ideal, the better their score. This approach incorporated a competitive element to keep the Wickes team engaged with the key messages the game was delivering.
A hugely popular and successful tool the Wickes interactive game was expertly utilised at the exhibition to create a sense of friendly competition and encourage the sharing of ideas in breakout sessions.
