The way you roll…

You're a skilful resource co-ordinator who consistently solves ever-changing challenges driven by client and fellow team member requests. Your positive desire to ensure those you co-ordinate can deliver what’s needed is what others respect you for most. Your ability and pride in accurately assessing resource needs, establishing sufficient capacity to realise projects’ goals and communicating with stakeholders will be something that drives you from your very core.

You also possess extensive knowledge of resource allocation and ideally have experience in a service-orientated industry, preferably in the creative industries and from an agency perspective.

How you make it all possible…

  • Service management of all resources provided by the Creative, Design and Copywriting teams.
  • Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.
  • Organise and co-ordinate the workflow through the division to maximise efficiency and output.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all queries relating to Creative resource and output ensuring a robust process is in place and activated during any period of absence.
  • Management of Ganttic and Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and management of Creative, Design and Copywriting teams for project-related activities.
  • Liaise with fellow team members charged with resourcing to help achieve higher levels of time efficiencies and new ways of working within the Creative Services team.
  • Specify, manage and coordinate external suppliers including freelancers and digital stock suppliers.
  • Ensure all team members in the division are recording their time regularly and as requested, monitoring employee utilisation, workload, and overtime hours.
  • Support the team to ensure they meet their deadlines as required and agreed.
  • Pro-actively liaise alongside the CCO with other division and brands within the group to review the service levels and look for improvements that would be of benefit to all.
  • Help ensure Creative Services is seen as a positive, trusted and reliable service provided across the group.

What’s in your toolbox…

  • 3-4 years' experience in a creative communications environment.
  • A solid knowledge of the creative process, particularly in areas such as design, creative direction and have knowledge of resource planning, allocation and assigning.
  • You feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment and are able to understand complex project requirements, understand briefs, and recognise potential risks and dependencies relevant to resourcing.
  • You are a curious, flexible problem-solver. You are also fair, kind, collaborative and a trusted guardian of confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks on an on-going basis.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to communicate effectively to a high level both verbally and in writing.
  • Commercial awareness for budget creation and management.
  • Pro-actively ensuring you are always up to date with company proposition and services.
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours when required.

The role will be based primarily in Hartlebury, but there will be times when you’ll need to work from our other offices and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key!
