Key Account Video Executive

Reporting to:
Key Account Video Producer


To work closely with the Key Account Production team as well as liaising where required with other departments to co-ordinate and manage all logistical and administrative aspects of video projects, working with attention to detail and diligence to ensure that our project delivery maintain the highest standards; overseeing internal processes including management of key asset management systems, archiving, tagging and liaising with the client to find archive materials; to help maintain and organise the trusted partner network to resource projects; occasional on site production support; support and cover for Key Account Production Manager when required.

Principle duties

  • Logistical support to the Key Account Production Team including RAMS, call sheets and music and rights clearances
  • To manage the Project Completion process including managing project archiving including client rushes, photography and 3D films
  • Maintenance and upkeep of key client systems including uploading, tagging, permissions, categorising and supporting client requests relating to systems
  • Manage and produce transcription and subtitles when required
  • Preparation and handling of footage from shoots including setting up edit projects and bins, sourcing music and editing simple graphics such as lower thirds and text points
  • Creation, population and archiving of Matterport 3D models
  • Supervising the Trello project board ensuring that all projects are kept moving and deadlines recorded and met
  • Managing Wipster platform including clean-up and archiving of old projects
  • To help support the client and Key Account Video Producer in a logistics capacity for research of business opportunities, including location and facilities research
  • Location manager duties to include support on finding and obtaining permissions for location filming; preparation and logistical planning for the location including risk assessments and food/comfort facilities; on-site location management for occasional shoots including managing needs and safety of crew/actors/clients (including Covid-19 safety management), schedule time-keeping and props/wardrobe

  • Occasional on location assistant duties
  • To communicate internally with the wider Video team and other DRPG departments when required, maintaining good relationships and clear communications
  • To support and assist the Key Account Production team and Head of Film in other duties as required to support team communications, delivery and quality control

  • A minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience working in corporate film production
  • Demonstrable experience managing a high-volume workflow of client deliverables
  • Experience delivering a variety of high-quality film and animation related projects as part of a production team
  • Basic experience with Premiere or After Effects

Further notes

The role will be based primarily in our Hartlebury office. There will be times when this role will require you to work from the company’s other offices and occasionally on site at client events or premises. You will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas as the company may from time to time reasonably require.
