The way you roll...

You’re a creative individual with a burning passion for the motion graphics process. In fact, you’re pretty passionate about animation production and film in general.

You’ve mastered bottling up all those brilliant ideas and turning them into masterpieces, all helped by a meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills that would have Marie Kondo asking you for tips.

What’s great about you is that while you work well on your own, you’re also a team player. You’ve got an insatiable desire to support the team however possible, and that’s earned the respect of those around you.

How you make it all possible...

  • Working within our Production team of highly talented motion graphics animators and graphic designers
  • Quickly understanding a brief and what it needs to achieve
  • Attending internal project meetings
  • Supporting our dedicated motion graphics producer in the delivery of animation projects
  • Proactively communicating within our internal teams and with clients, updating on progress and budget
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained, checking on brand elements and quality control of our animation projects
  • Retaining a calm and focused approach to ensure production schedules are accurate and project delivery is on track
  • Co-ordinating assets and tasks between internal team members and freelancers
  • Constantly learning and bettering yourself through collaboration with others and developing new skills
  • Consistently providing high service levels
  • Occasionally working under pressure, always striving to motivate those around you, and meeting deadlines
  • Challenging requirements where needed

What's in your toolbox...

  • Previous experience in corporate film production and client-facing situations
  • Experience delivering a variety of high-quality animation or film related projects
  • Working knowledge of various file formats, frame rates and resolutions
  • Experience in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong visualising skills and a good eye for detail
  • Good level of business acumen
  • Excellent time and schedule management
  • Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Punctual and willing to work outside normal office hours when required
  • Computer literate

The role will be based primarily in our  Hartlebury, but there will be times when you’ll need to work from our other offices and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key! We’re a friendly team. We really, really welcome anyone who wants to become part of a brilliant company.
