We transformed Weavers Fields into a fully immersive outdoor festival, creating a refreshed identity that unified Amazon’s brand assets across the entire site.
Visitors explored interactive zones including a high-energy Agility Park, a calming Doggie Wellness Retreat, an educational Kids Area and a dedicated Vendor Village hosting over twenty partners. Scavenger hunts, competitions and photo moments sustained engagement throughout the weekend.
Animal welfare governed every decision. Working alongside the RSPCA, on-site vets and safety partners, we ensured best-practice standards across sound levels, activity design and controlled attendance.
Alongside the live event, we delivered a coordinated promotional campaign spanning social media, PR, paid activity and influencer partnerships. The programme reached over 140,000 users and generated more than 320,000 views, driving strong ticket uptake and awareness of Amazon’s pet-care offering.
