Outdoor Event Public Experience Retail
Delivered across two days in East London, Amazon Pet Fest brought together pet parents, vendors and welfare partners for a vibrant, community-led celebration. Designed as a free public festival, the experience blended play, education and brand storytelling, reinforcing Amazon’s commitment to pet care while driving meaningful engagement both on-site and online.

CHALLENGE

To build on the success of the previous year and deliver a large-scale, free public festival that would engage pet parents, elevate vendors and strengthen community partnerships, all while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare.

INSIGHT

Pet ownership is deeply personal. To resonate authentically, the experience needed to balance fun with responsibility, creating an environment that was interactive, educational and welfare-led. At the same time, it had to provide strong visibility for vendors and feel cohesive across live experience and digital campaign touchpoints.

SOLUTION

We transformed Weavers Fields into a fully immersive outdoor festival, creating a refreshed identity that unified Amazon’s brand assets across the entire site.

Visitors explored interactive zones including a high-energy Agility Park, a calming Doggie Wellness Retreat, an educational Kids Area and a dedicated Vendor Village hosting over twenty partners. Scavenger hunts, competitions and photo moments sustained engagement throughout the weekend.

Animal welfare governed every decision. Working alongside the RSPCA, on-site vets and safety partners, we ensured best-practice standards across sound levels, activity design and controlled attendance.

Alongside the live event, we delivered a coordinated promotional campaign spanning social media, PR, paid activity and influencer partnerships. The programme reached over 140,000 users and generated more than 320,000 views, driving strong ticket uptake and awareness of Amazon’s pet-care offering.

IMPACT

Across two days, Amazon Pet Fest welcomed thousands of visitors and their dogs, delivering high engagement across all zones and strong visibility for sponsors. Welfare partners praised the event’s standards, no safety incidents were recorded, and the influencer campaign successfully converted awareness into meaningful action. The festival strengthened Amazon’s position as a trusted partner for pet parents, vendors and the wider community.
