The 12 Months of drp

As we near the end of our 35th year – a year full of exciting new projects and clients, anniversary celebrations, CSR initiatives, collaborations, royal visits and development across the team and business-wide it’s time to reflect on our highlights;

January saw the drpteam pledge to complete 35 CSR projects, Triumph Motorcycles being added to the client roster and drpexhibition making the Exhibition News’ ‘Elite List’.

February marked the arrival of the drp Possiblers and the newest member of the drpcomms team; Parker the Possibler – here to make ‘anything’s possible’.

March saw Dale being named M&IT Personality of the Year, the partnership of drp and Maritz Travel and Matt Franks joining the board.

April began with a royal visit to the drp studios from Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, the drpteam abseiling the ArcelorMittal and Arriva joining our family of clients, beginning with a leadership conference for both their Bus and Train Divisions.

May welcomed local college students to the drp studios for a digital training day and saw the team cycle a gruelling 130 miles on a rickshaw in the Great Rickshaw Rally for charity Meetings Industry Meeting Needs (MIMN).

June marked our monumental 35th year anniversary celebrations with a day and night extravaganza at West Midland Safari Park.

July saw the team embark upon the 24 hour Ergo Challenge – rowing non-stop for charity MIMN and all 170 team members joining together for the annual summer conference.

August saw the huge Worcester Bosch consumer website project go live. It was also a month of project preparation and gearing up for our busiest quarter on record.

September saw the defibrillator campaign film produced by drpvideo hit several national TV outlets creating huge awareness for the cause.

October marked our first event with Triumph Motorcycle; their ‘Global Dealer Conference’ and we also took part in the Maritz Global Network conference in Las Vegas.

November marked the completion of our pledge to undertake 35 CSR projects ahead of schedule and the continued strengthening of our creative communication division to a team of 35. This month was the busiest on record with a staggering 72 projects delivered.

December totalled the industry award wins throughout the year to 28, saw drpdigital create and develop the hugely successful ‘Parker’s Sleigh Ride’ Christmas game and Dale making the top 25 in the Event 100 Club list.

 Thanks to all who took part in Parker’s Sleigh Ride. We're extremely pleased to announce that the winners are;
