DRPG RISES UP THE BEST 100 COMPANIES TO WORK FOR LIST

Creative communications agency DRPG has earned the position of 29 in the prestigious Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For. This being their highest position in 8 years and the first time the company moved into the large to medium category. DRPG were assessed by the Best Companies organisation which compiles the list on behalf of the Sunday Times. The workplace engagement specialists assess participating companies on factors such as job security, faith in team leadership and belief that the business provides a great service to clients. The group also increased its Best Companies accreditation status to a 3-star rating. The results were announced at a gala dinner and ceremony hosted by TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith held at Battersea Evolution and attended by 1300 guests.

‘To enter the Top 100 Companies list is a great achievement to say the least, but to make it to 29th position has demonstrated that the company’s approach to the well-being of our people, their training, reward and recognition has paid dividends.

Throughout the history of the group, group CEO Dale Parmenter has operated the business with a constant focus on his people. An approach born of starting the business from the ground up and working with a small, close-knit team, Dale has maintained this dedication as the company has grown, with investment in training and development of his people being extremely high on the agenda.

Dale commented on the achievement, ‘To enter the Top 100 Companies list is a great achievement to say the least, but to make it to 29th position has demonstrated that the company’s approach to the wellbeing of our people, their training, reward and recognition has paid dividends. Entering the list where we have has set a positive standard which needs to be maintained and we will be using the results and feedback we have received from the Best Companies organisation to further improve our team’s working environment throughout the year. This couldn’t be achieved without the hard work and dedication of the team and I thank them.”

Jonathan Austin, CEO & Founder of Best Companies “I would like to congratulate DRPG on your achievement. Best Companies have been producing the Accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Organisations like DRPG have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a best company to work for.”
