IFS, a leading AI technology provider, challenged us to create a bold, interactive exhibition presence that could be replicated across two continents. The stand needed to reflect their new brand identity, deliver immersive product experiences, and include a bespoke client engagement lounge with hyper-personalised gifting, all supported by mobile signage and on-site ambassador teams at both international events.

CHALLENGE

To design and deliver a cohesive exhibition solution that worked seamlessly across two major events in the US and Europe, just 14 days apart. The activation needed to showcase IFS’s new brand, incorporate interactive digital experiences, and provide a high-quality engagement lounge capable of hosting personalised, one-to-one client moments, all while navigating the logistical complexities of dual continental builds.

INSIGHT

To make IFS’s new brand identity instantly recognisable, every touchpoint needed to work harder from structural form to digital interaction. With a tight turnaround between two international events, parallel production was essential. We also saw an opportunity to transform product storytelling into a hands-on, memorable experience by linking personalised gifting with IFS technology itself.

SOLUTION

We delivered a fully integrated creative, design, digital, technical, logistics, and operational solution spanning both Orlando and Barcelona.

Our creative and design teams developed a unified visual concept, bringing IFS’s refreshed brand palette and shapes to life across the exhibition stand and engagement lounge. Bold, modern architecture and consistent detailing ensured the spaces felt unmistakably IFS, regardless of location.

To elevate product demos, our digital and technical teams built interactive touchscreen experiences that allowed visitors to explore IFS’s technology in intuitive, engaging ways.

Working across our UK and US facilities, we ran two parallel builds to guarantee identical quality while adapting to local regulations, working practices, and logistics. Our team managed every stage, from concept and fabrication to international shipping, on-site installation, and breakdown, ensuring a frictionless journey for the client.

As part of the project we also designed and built a seperate Engagement Lounge which gave delegates the chance to create personalised merchandise. Brand Your Balls was an interactive experience where guests could customise an American football or basketball with their own company logo. Powered by IFS technology, the activation turned a playful moment into a live demonstration of IFS’s capabilities, driving repeat traffic throughout the event.

IMPACT

Both events delivered exceptional engagement. The exhibition stand achieved strong footfall and dwell time, while the engagement lounge became a daily destination for returning visitors keen to personalise their merchandise and enjoy relaxed, meaningful interactions. Delivering two major international activations just 14 days apart showcased our ability to combine creativity, precision, and meticulous logistics at scale.
