JCB wanted to bring together dealers and customers from over 40 countries, but not just for a conference. They wanted to ensure its audience fully appreciated the capabilities of the JCB product range via live demonstrations and hands-on expert-led training - which is impossible to replicate in dealerships across the world. It was key for JCB that every attendee was 'wowed’ from the off. The myriad of cultural differences across 3,200 international delegates, who spoke 14 different languages between them, simply added to this project's complexity.
