PDSA is the UK's leading vet charity, providing free and low-cost treatment to pets in need and offering education for pet owners.
PDSA have a roster of specialist creative and marketing communications agencies covering digital, social, events, campaigns, data and brand. Early in 2019 DRPG were retained as the lead creative agency as part of a full roster overhaul. In this pivotal role, we work with PDSA to deliver multi-channel creative solutions, meeting their brief of disrupting, engaging and driving awareness of their work and impact.
This recent restructure of PDSA’s working model has already proved successful in giving PDSA visibility of all elements, ensuring consistency and clear lines of accountability for briefing, managing and monitoring of all marketing projects and activity. Ongoing projects that our creative and design teams are leading include full audits and on-going strategy for their social media channels and corporate website, UK-wide pet health and educational campaigns, as well as a fully integrated paid, earned and owned Christmas campaign; traditionally the most important season for PDSA. This should raise brand awareness and encourage charitable giving, a cornerstone of its funding.
PDSA’s results digital platforms are continuing to grow, with further campaigns helping to cement the success of the work carried out in this project.
