Your reason for being here…

There is a purpose for every one of our team members and yours is to use your incredible talent to enable our team to drive forward technology and experiences so we can be at the cutting edge of quality and innovation for our clients.

 The way you roll…

You’re passionate about technology (obviously), with an insatiable thirst to mould and grow our technologies. Working under pressure is where you really thrive, because you’re an organisational hero with brilliant ways to prioritise your workload (we shall name you the organisation guru!). What’s fantastic about you is that you’re not afraid to ask for help when you need it, and that courage really is something to be envied!

Your role will be split between a standard digital role (e.g., software engineer), with the discipline lead element being another feather in your cap and representing around 20% of your working time. There’s no ‘I’ in ‘team’, and with that incredibly stylish creative thinking cap of yours and that knack for problem solving, you deliver our ‘anything’s possible’ mantra at full steam – all with an impressive ‘can do’ attitude.

How you make it all possible…

Your passion for technology and your discipline area will build a roadmap for the technology that keeps us at the forefront throughout the year, including releases and updates with the discipline area

  • Researching new features, tools, and processes to raise the bar on our offering, quality, and security across the discipline
  • You’ll keep the discipline team updated with the latest technology news and developments, and identify opportunities to support and grow knowledge in the team
  • Establishing and maintaining relevant and modern standards within the discipline to ensure consistency and quality throughout our delivery of the technology
  • Producing documentation and other supporting material for the discipline ensuring that best practices are adhered to, including supporting with the SSDLC (secure software development lifecycle) policy

What’s in your toolbox…

Ideally, you’ll have at least 3 years’ experience working where possible in the relevant discipline, or a related discipline, and working on the front line of that discipline.

Get to know us…

We’re one of the most unexpectedly all-round capable communications agencies that’s been on the go for years – ever since our head honcho set up shop in a shed back in 1980, in fact.

Since then, we’ve made it our mission to make anything possible for our many and varied clients, putting our creative flair into delivering strategic communication campaigns, digital solutions, film and videos, events, exhibitions, and a whole lot more in between. We’ve grown a lot, but we’ve kept everything that made us great, back from the very day we first started out. Our global HQ and largest studios are smack bang in the middle of the UK and well worth a visit to see for yourself!

Hang on, there’s more…

There’s flexibility with where you’re based with this role, but it’s important to note that there will be times when you’ll need to work from our other offices and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas.

We’re a friendly team. We really, really welcome anyone who wants to become part of a brilliant company. If you’re passionate with a cracking drive to deliver on our ‘anything’s possible’ mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
