We designed and delivered a five-day strategic employee event that as well as delivering company updates, immersed delegates.
Starting with a welcome from Nationwide’s CEO, colleagues were then free to explore five themed learning zones, each reflecting a different part of the business strategy. From an app-driven live gameshow to slam dunk challenges, a social investment house, and in-the-round presentations, the content was rich and varied.
Across the experience, multi-screen projections and 360-degree stages kept everyone engaged, while discussion sessions and gamified content created space for interaction, exploration, and connection.
And we did it all, proposal to execution, in under two months.
