LEVC’s product launch went big, and fast. In just two weeks, we turned their vision into a hybrid event that wowed the live UK audience and connected with over 20,000 viewers in China. From creative concept to translation and live delivery, this launch showed that speed doesn’t mean cutting corners.

CHALLENGE

It sounded simple enough, LEVC (responsible for London’s black electric cabs) wanted a live launch to 150 press here in the UK, combined with a livestream to over 20,000 people in China. Then we heard the deadline. The launch was in two weeks.

INSIGHT

Overcoming cultural challenges was a huge part of this project as we needed to please stakeholders, and audiences, both here in the UK and in China.

SOLUTION

Our team sprang off the starting line and got to work building an unforgettable event. We settled on a venue – their Coventry headquarters. Our creative needed to bring the factory setting to life. We installed a 3x10m LED screen, a purpose-built stage (with a hero platform for the new product), and bold lighting.  

The final week included content mapping, script writing and locking the running order. When the event day rolled around, everything was in place for a next-level product launch. And that’s exactly what we delivered.

IMPACT

The launch exceeded expectations on both sides of the globe. Over 20,000 people tuned in from China, while UK press praised the immersive experience at the Coventry HQ. The delivery, despite the two-week turnaround, was praised by stakeholders and audiences alike. Post-event content continued to generate interest well beyond the day itself, proving that with the right creative and production approach, even the tightest timelines can deliver global impact.
