An evidence-led rebrand to connect the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade with its audiences.We began with a channel audit and colleague interviews to uncover how the Institute’s vision, mission and values were being lived and shared. These insights shaped a redesigned website, a refreshed brand book, and a suite of robust personas built from real-life interviews across key audience segments. Each persona revealed clear goals, motivations and pain points, giving the Institute the tools to deliver more targeted, authentic communications that truly resonate.
