SOLUTION

We transformed ExCeL London into a fully branded, multi-layered experience for over 1,200 dealers from around the world.
Delivering every element end-to-end; from creative concept and show production to logistics, delegate communications and multilingual content.

The conference combined high-energy product launches with an interactive exhibition space, featuring new bike showcases, live demos, VR experiences and hands-on test zones.

Breakout sessions and presentations brought future strategy to life, while a dedicated event app enhanced engagement throughout.

The experience culminated in a gala dinner and awards ceremony, celebrating dealer success and reinforcing a shared vision for the future.
